In line with our commitment to you being happy and enjoying a seamless experience with us. We would like to bring these guidelines to your attention.

SHIPPING

When an order is received, an order confirmation would be directly sent to you.

• Lagos: Orders are delivered within 4-6 working days for readily available orders and 10-14 working days on custom orders once payment has been confirmed.
• Other states and international orders: Orders are delivered within 10-14 working days once payment has been confirmed.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Kindly note that international orders may be subject to additional customs tax and duties depending on the laws within the recipient country. Shipping is not inclusive of those when the package reaches your destination.

We’ll send you a tracking number from our third-party delivery partner, this should enable you track your order while it’s on it’s way to you.

 RETURN POLICY

 To return one or more items from your order, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
• The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
